Lincoln

Lincoln was abandoned as a puppy and Saving Harbin Dogs took him in.  He is safe in a loving foster home.  He's the most adorable little guy with a sweet and fun personality.  Sadly, he has bilateral luxating patellas and will require expensive surgery to restore his mobility and give him the best chance at pain free life. ​
