We are Saving Harbin Dogs, a volunteer run organization based in the UK, US and Harbin, China. Our mission is simple.... Be a voice for the voiceless. 

Every year it is estimated that around 10 million dogs lose their lives to China's meat trade. Whether sold by breeders, found on the street, or stolen from loving homes, these dogs all end up in the same place and the same situation. They are abused, tortured, starved, neglected, and exposed to horrific and barbaric treatment, and then they are brutally slaughtered and sold for human consumption.

We save as many dogs as we can from this horrific fate. We house them, feed them, love them, and try to find them safe, loving forever homes outside of China in the UK, Europe and Canada. (In July 2021, the U.S. imposed a ban on the import of dogs from China. We will resume adoptions to the U.S. as soon as the ban is lifted).

We are a nonprofit organization and rely solely on donations.
